Hey guys! Here I am again, it’s been a while I know but that’s the way thing are nowdays. Other things around family to prioritize first, then the blogging. It had been a while since I went out at night for fun. It has mostly been meeting up for coffee or lunching together with my cousins. Such things but no going out late, I had a difficult time leaving the baby to anyone to babysit, but 2 days ago me and my gals were having breakfast together when we decided to leave the kids at home and head out for fun. And where better to go out and party than the Capital city of Kosovo, Prishtina!! The place to have fun for all young people. The average age of the population is only 35, so you can imagine that there is a lot of life during night time. Anyways I wore a glittery tanktop with a white blazer and blue jeans, of course some high heels too to go with that. My hair was done that day too, I did some highlights and brightened up my hair a little. What do you think of it? There was quite some drinking, dancing and live music with one of Kosovos most famous and desired singers Sinan Vllasaliu. Here are some photos of us from that night it sure was a night to remember. Let me know what you think! Kisses Besa 😘
Hi guys! Hope you are doing good and having lots of sun where you live. These last days it’s been nothing else but to pack my beach wear with me and head for the Albanian seacoast. The first day on Monday was just me the kids and my husband. Yesterday I went to Durres and spend the whole day with my cousins and their kids by the beach. We had a blast together, and so did the kids. After that I ended up sleeping over at their apartament by the beach. It was a nice catch- up with them. Today was lunch day with the family and we later headed home for a nice afternoon nap. Here are a few pictures. See ya’ !!
Oh by the way this is my friend Sonia, she is vacationing through Europe and was in Tirana for a day. She is from Sweden. Of course we went out to dinner with her on Monday evening! We had a good time together
Till’ next time my friends!
Sunday was a lovely, sunny day, around 16 degrees Celsius. Not one single person in Tirana was inside. The streets, the City and the parks were filled with people. Everyone was out to feel the warming Sun against their skin. The traffic was very crowded. It seemed like everyone was headed somewhere. Me, I did the same thing. Hopped in the car with the family for a get-together with some friends of ours and headed for the beach. To the Restaurant that I have posted about before. Not only do they have the best location (by the beach) so the kids have plenty of area to run and play in, but it is one of the busiest restaurants ever, with the most delicious seafood, at a reasonable price.
We stayed there with our friends and enjoyed some wine for over 4 hours, if not more. After that we went to a different place for coffee, and ended up at our place from 7 pm till 12:30 am. The kids fell asleep pretty fast and we continued our chit-chat and just simply enjoyed each others company. It was great! 🙂 here are some pictures from the beach! Hope you like them 🙂
My boys running around in the sand in search for crabs and stuff.
I loved the sunset! 🙂 so beautiful!
Kings of the beach! They owned it yesterday.
I`m wearing this pink H&M blazer.
The outside of the restaurant, this picture was taken when it got later and chillier because the outside was full when we arrived. We were the ones leaving last.
Complimentary from the Restaurant…always!
So those were the pictures, hope you liked them as much as i do. Besa
Wow this weekend has been a busy one. On Saturday, as you have already seen it was my birthday which we ended up celebrating with some family friends/relatives of my husband`s. They are in their 30`s as well and have 3 children. First we made sure the kids would have their dosage of fun by taking them to their favorite playground and afterwards we went to dinner, the whole crew. We went to this restaurant where they serve traditional Albanian food, and wine to accomplish the dinner with :). After that we ended at our place for the cake and they sang the happy birthday song to me and I got to blow a candle and make a wish. It was my birthday after all. Lately I have felt like eating cake is all I have been doing. First my sons B-day, two cakes there, then one for V-day, now one for my birthday.. Today on Sunday, it was Kosovo`s 5th year of independence! Happy independence day to my birth Country!! Yep I am Albanian, born in Kosovo, grew up in Sweden, lived in USA and am now living in Albania, some life journey right? Anyways, so we ended up going out again with the kids and our friends/relatives and had a wonderful early evening dinner. It was just wonderful, we had so much fun chit-chatting and the kids could go outside and play, because the restaurant was at the beach. Another thing that we are celebrating today is my little sister Mirlinda turning 19. So happy B-day darling!!!!! I took a few pictures of some gifts I received too. Hope you had a lovely weekend too!! Besa
We also ate lots of fresh strawberries that my husband brought us, which we grow our self here in Albania and sell and export. All-berry.com

So my Valentines day started of with some gift exchanging, I got him this cute shirt, and he had gotten me this delicious cake, and the special gift which is going to be a VD, and B-day gift on Saturday. The card, my son wanted to design it so he got the honor of doing that. We had coffee and croissants out in town together, then after that I made lunch for us at home. I made Bulgur and avocado salad, with a glass of red wine. After that we had the cake together with the kids..no dinner out tonight because we don`t have a babysitter 😦 at least we got to spend lunchtime together. We have plans for dinner out tomorrow anyways, we are going out with friends and the kids. I hope you all had a wonderful Valentines day as well, because the only things that really matter is to spend it with the ones that you Love!! Besa
